How to make dropdowns stay in place and overlap one another?

Hello, I was wondering how to make my dropdowns stay in place and overlap one another. They are also a part of a frame and would like for them to spill out of the frame if needed. I already messed with canvas stacking for “first on top” and it does not work. Thanks in advance!
