How to get back to free plan after education plan ends?

Hi, 

I was wondering how to get back to a free plan so that I can edit my files without moving accounts and get rid of the education plan since I’ve graduated now and figma has put me on a starter plan instead. I used the contact forum and was directed here as customers on a starter plan recieve support only through the community support forum and help center. Please, I just need to downgrade back to the free plan so I can edit my files again.

    Hi ​@Tanpreet, Thank you for contacting us about this.

     

    I  understand your education plan has expired, and your account is now on the Starter plan.

     

    When your education plan expires, it automatically switches to the free Starter plan. Your account won't lock as long as you stay within the Starter plan's limits.

    The Starter plan provides you with 3 Design files and 3 FigJam files within a team, along with the features included in that plan.

     

    To maintain an active account and continue working on your files, please ensure you stay within these limits. Any files that exceed these limits will need to be moved to your drafts.
