How to find a missing file? Not in the deleted section

I can't find a file in my Figma account, I looked for it in the various folders and also in the trash section but I can't find it. I have the link to this file but when I open it I get the message that the file may have been deleted, moved or inaccessible. How can I find out what happened to this file?     Hey ​@Sara Livolsi, thanks for reaching out! 

    I took a look at the file link on the backend, and it looks like it was trashed by its owner, Nicola.

    I would reach out to her directly to see if this was done by mistake. And if so, she should be able to restore the file from her Trash.

      Thank you so much for your answer. I’m struggling because I don’t know who Nicola could be.. by any chance is a contact visible, maybe an email of this person?

      Nicola is the file owner and owner of the team (CULTINCUP) of the linked file.

      We don’t have an email address that we can provide, but the only other person on the file’s team was Federico. Is this someone you’re familiar with that you may be able to reach out to?
