How to control a stepp progress bar On-drag

Hi lovely community, I’m working on an idea of a progress bar that must be controlled by the user. I tried to solve it but i’m stucked!
Check this:

As you can see in the picture, the user has to drag from bottom to up and every cell must switch on.

Any ideas? ❤️
