First of all, I'm sorry to ask you a question from a beginner who doesn't even have the basics of coding. For the help of the company, I tried to create files on different MAKE web like the 2 images above. I'm trying to implement the first image by adding another tab to the web of the second image, but I've tried many times to figure out how to apply it in MAKE, but I have no idea. For example,  if I copy the code in the code column next to the preview, paste it into MAKE, and ask you to implement it, the web will be created in a completely wrong format.
