I was using Figma’s Professional plan and while updating the annual invoice to add more design seats, I accidentally upgraded to the Organization plan.

I want to downgrade back to the Professional plan. I have already sent two emails to Figma’s support at support@figma.com but have not received a reply, so I am reaching out through the community.

Please let me know how to cancel the payment for the Organization plan and continue using the Professional plan.
