Is there a way to change the color of a button for all of the buttons instead of going one by one? Trying to change these button colors all at once instead of going to all of them and changining them. Any advice?

Selection colors, as the name implies, shows all colors in selection. So you need to select the whole frame, not just one of the bubbles, if you want to change all of them in the frame.
