How to Change Ownership of a file?

Question

I have a personal Pro Plan (Work as a freelancer) and wanted to change ownership of the file to one of my clients who do not have the Pro Plan. I tried to change the ownership and now I’mm only able to edit and now theres a “!” icon next to Owner and their name but is still in a limbo.

What can I do or who do I need to talk to?
