How to adjust path width for vector files?

I want to adjust the width of the black lines of my icon. It does not have a stroke.
I can manually adjust the width with pen tool, and the X and Y value will change, but I’ll have to repeat it a lot and I won’t get the same width everywhere.
How to adjust the width of this icon?
