How to access the connected project?

You can access a connected project in Figma in two ways:

• Via the File Browser: Log in to figma.com, click the Figma menu > Back to files if inside a file. In the left sidebar, select the relevant team (or "All projects" on Starter/Pro plans) to find the project.
• Via an Invitation: If invited by a collaborator, accept the invitation from the email notification, which will take you directly to the file or project.

Hi, Thank you for your replies,

• In the file browser: All teams > Connected project section is empty, there is just this information "Using 1 of 6 available connected projects"
• When I click on the received link "open connected projects" I am redirected to my recent projects
• Nothing in the help center that can help me, no answer regarding the location of the connected project in the interface, no screenshot that could help me, no indication of its location in a menu"

Just to confirm, were you invited to a connected project? If so, and you still can’t see it, it’s possible you haven’t been added yet, or the connection hasn’t been approved. Do you know if your team is the host or the external team, and are you looking for a specific project?
 

Connected projects live in the host team. If your team is external, you’ll need to switch to the host team in the file browser to access the project. You can also see the connection listed in your Admin settings. Let me know your setup (host vs. external), and I’ll help troubleshoot further.

I now have access to the connected project this morning, I have no idea what changed but it works. Thank you for your help anyway
