How to access devMode in layout?

I have an account with access to devMode. But it only works in my layouts; in others, when devMode is enabled, this notification appears.
Do I need to request access from the creator and how is it granted?

Hi there,

Thanks for the post! Based on the screenshot, it looks like you don’t have access to Dev Mode yet. If you’re part of an Organization, an Admin can set your permissions. It would be best for you to reach out to your Organization’s Admin.
