How long does K-12 Education verification take?

I understand that you’re waiting for your K–12 education status to be verified.

There are two different application paths for K–12, so could you let us know which one you submitted?

• K–12 educators for individual use:
  • Apply directly at https://www.figma.com/education/apply
  •  using your school-issued email address, and select High school as the institution type.
• For use with K–12 students:
  • Submit an application at https://www.figma.com/education/k-12

If you applied at figma.com/education/apply while logged in with your school-issued email address and selected High school, we recommend waiting 2–3 business days to hear back, as education verifications are handled by SheerID and they may be experiencing a high volume of requests. If that amount of time has already passed, we generally recommend contacting SheerID support directly for an update.

• If you applied at figma.com/education/apply and contacted SheerID, could you let us know what response you received from them?
