I work for 100K+ employee company and have tried to contact our assigned enterprise sales rep through various channels. I submitted a sales contact form yesterday and haven’t heard back. I also tried to reach the rep via email last week and messaged them directly through LinkedIn, again no response. They might be on vacation, but I’m not even sure I have the right name. How soon should I expect an answer? I’m trying to make a purchase. Thank you

The Sales teams have been dealing with some backlog with the Thanksgiving holiday last week. But I’ve escalated this to our Sales team, and someone will be in touch with you very soon.
Good morning. It’s been a couple of weeks since I posted this and I still haven’t heard from our organization’s Sales rep. I’m under some pressure to get this project going. If I start with a separate Organizational license can I be moved over to our parent company’s Enterprise license later?
