How do I restore a project that I accidentally deleted irretrievably?

Hi! I mistakenly irrevocably deleted a needed project instead of an unnecessary one because Figma glitched. Is it possible to restore it? I sent an e-mail, but support takes a long time to respond.

Hi @artembabkin, thanks for reaching out!

If you’re the owner of the project, you should be able to restore it from your Trash.

From the file browser, you’ll see “Trash” in the left sidebar, click into your Trash then locate the project in your "Projects" tab. From there, you can right-click on the project then select "Restore".

1. I was referring to the file, not the project
2. I deleted it exactly in the recycle garbage can by clicking on “Permanently delete”
Is there a solution to this problem?

Hey @artembabkin, thanks for clarifying!

No. Once a file is permanently deleted from your Trash, it can no longer be recovered.
