I am making a dropdown in a website. In my imagination, if user are not sign in, if any action related to account, it will triggering a login notification from within an overlay.

but if i apply this interaction, after i click “View Profile”, the notification pop-up and close both overlay (shopping bag overlay and notification overlay). 
Is there any better ways to perform this effect?
