I have an existing professional account with one of my team having a full seat too.
Now, my company has an Org account and would like to add me. They’ve tried to invite me but I’m not receiving any of the notifications.
How do I join the Org account and cancel my Pro account + the full seat so that we aren’t double billed?

If your goal is to move your existing Professional team into your company's Organization, you can do that by transferring the team rather than creating a new one. You'll find the steps in this Help Center article: Transfer a project or team to a different account.
If you're not receiving the Organization invitation, I'd recommend first checking that it's being sent to the correct email address and taking a look at your spam/junk folder.
If you're still running into issues after that, please submit a bug report with the email address you're using for your Figma account, the email address the invitation is being sent to (if different), the name of the Organization you're trying to join and shared screenshot of any error message. Our team will be happy to investigate further. To do that go to the Support Hub / Type “Report a bug, Contact agent” / Click Start a chat and select Enter and follow the prompt. Thank you!
