How can I export all the frames from all the pages of a Figma project at once? I want to export the screens in JPEG or PNG.

I’m not sure how many pages you have in your project, but you need to select the frames you would like to export and then add their export setting from the right panel

Settings to set (scale, type)

After adding the export setting you can all of them at once from file>export

Just an example.

I have 10 Pages in the project and each Page contains 20 Frames, that is, 200 Frames. I want to export the 200 frames at once and not have to open and select the frames page by page.

A way to export all the frames from all the pages at once.

This is a strange one. I just bumped into this issue and I swear you could just export everything with Ctl+Shift+E, but in the “Export” modal I only see the elements on the currently open page. It feels like it should just work like that...
