Hi. I’m an UI designer and I recently found out that the owner/admin of my current figma plan/group has left the company. I’m relatively new to figma so I researched how to change owner/admin and it seems like only the current owner can transfer/change ownership/admin. Since he has already left the company I’m stuck and don’t know any other way to do it. Is there any other way to change owner/admin?
What we have is Figma Professional plan.
Any advice, suggestions will be appreciated.

You are correct. Usually, only the current owner can transfer their ownership, but since they are no longer with your company, our support team can help fix this on the backend.
