How Can I Switch over student account to normal free account?

To clarify, are you mentors not on the education plan?

The Education plan is team-specific, so you can invite students, educators, and other collaborators to your team at any time and give them edit access to files. However, they need to verify their education status.

There’s no user-facing way to downgrade back to a Starter team from Student team, but I can get you connected to our support team to downgrade your education plan.

Cancelling your Education plan subscription will downgrade your team to the free Starter plan. Here are a few things to keep in mind before you downgrade:

• File limit: On the Starter plan, your team can have three FigJam files and three Figma design files with a maximum of three pages per design file. You can invite as many people as you want to view or edit these files. If you have more than the allowed number of files in your team when you downgrade, Figma will prevent you from being able to edit your files. • Project limit: On a Starter plan, your team will have one project. If your team has more than one project when you downgrade, Figma will lock your team and prevent you from editing your files. To keep editing, you’ll need to reorganize your files and projects so they are under those limits. Learn more about moving projects and moving files →

If you want to continue using Figma on the free Starter team, we recommend that you do the following:

• Move up to three Figma design and three FigJam files into one project
• Remove extra projects
• Move files to another team or to your drafts
• Download copies of your account invoices

Please I have a Education plan, I need to downgrade to a starter plan. I´ve created a ticket but get a reply that customers on the starter plan receive support only through the Community Support Forum and Help Center!
