How can I recreate this delayed prototipation effect? (video)

I need to recreate this effect to show it to a client, the effect goes like this:

1. I click the "Confirm" button;

2. The current content of the page summaries in a card;

3. It stays on the screen for a little bit meanwhile the new content is shown;

4. The old content goes up and the new content take place in the page (note: scrolling up reveal all the old content of the flow)

Is there a way to do it?
