Just to clarify, libraries are only available on paid plans.

If you are on the free Starter plan, you won’t be able to publish them to access them in other files, but you can still create and use component sets. You can find more details here: Publish a library

If you are on a paid plan and have edit access on the library file, could you please try republishing to see if it resolves the issue?

Republishing steps:

1. Go to library file and make a small change to the main component set, like adding a discription.


2. Publish this change


3. Go to the file with the linking issue and accept the update
