Hi everyone I want horizontally scroll the webpage like this reference site

I tried on things that I first make a frame and give it a fixed position

add another frame and keep it transparent

and adjust the last frame horizontally and go to the prototype and make it a horizontal scroll it is working by clicking and drag the page horizontally but not with the mouse scrolling anyone can help me with that
