Hidden Next button only when conditions are met

I have made a dropbox with component sets and here is the screenshot:
 

As a newbie in figma… I want an interactive Next button so whenever the user clicks any of the Emirates or any of the cities the next button would appear or else it would remain hidden. Any Solutions?
