Help, some of my elements won't move with my frame when i am moving the frame

Whenever I move my frame, the lines i created won’t follow. They dissociate themselves

(although being in a group element) from the rest of my design. How to freeze them within the frame?

    Since you mentioned layers, I see the group 2 with the rectangle and Pizza NAME isn’t connected to the other Group 2 of the underneath lines, same for all the groups...

    Are they inside frame 1? They should be inside.
