Hello, my files don’t import. I need them very much! I use Figma app, already cleared all app cache. What should I do?

Hi there! Do you see any error message, or just the ‘Importing file…’ with the spinning wheel?
As a first workaround, can you first check the loading importation. This can take quite some time to fully complete the import if your file is heavy with lot of images, components etc.
If you want to monitor the progress of the import, you can do so by opening up developer tools and looking at the network tab (you’ll see that images are being uploaded for instance). See this article on how to do this:
Also, if you have cancelled the import, the other workaround is to refresh the File Browser, this usually can help. This can be done by refreshing/reloading the browser tab if you are using Figma in the web browser or closing and reopening the Figma desktop app.
