Help converting Codegen plugin sample to use Typescript

Hi everyone,
I’m working on a Codegen plugin and was referencing the Codegen example here → plugin-samples/codegen at master · figma/plugin-samples · GitHub that looks to be using Javascript and Vite.
Can anyone help with how I would update this example to use Typescript like the Figma Plugin Quickstart https://www.figma.com/plugin-docs/plugin-quickstart-guide/
