Half ray

You will need to combine a few shapes to get this result; there is no default configuration to make it in an automated way, only using circles.

Most like half ellipse of the attached screenshot, I need to combine one full and half to create and effect

 You can accomplish that by drawing a single line and using the new duplicate+rotate tool.
