My agency needs to collaborate with a client on a Figma file, but they can’t edit it. I suspect it’s because they need paid seats in our organization. If we give them paid seats, will they see all our other clients’ projects? Can we create a separate team and restrict their access to only that team within our organization?

Hey Alex - welcome to the community!

Looks like the enterprise support team replied to your questions via your support ticket 😊

I am also sharing here for others in the community who may also have these questions!

I confirm that guests have limited access to the organization. They can only access the resources you invite them to. They can’t browse organization teams or access shared resources like fonts, plugins, or library analytics.

You can invite them directly to specific Files or specific Projects instead of a Team. You can also choose their permissions when you invite them to a file, project, or team. You can give them different permissions on different resources depending on your needs.
