Do you notice any specific actions you’re taking (creating a new shape, applying the gradient, etc) that seem to influence when the lag happens?

Do you have a lot of components/variants/instances in your file?

In general, can you explain more about why they are difficult for you to use?

In the past, I could directly operate the color picker to select colors in the gradient settings. Now I need to click one more step, and it has become as clunky as PS for me.

Ah, I understand. There were some updates (including new features) that were just rolled out.

I can’t promise what/if any changes are going to be implemented to make this seem more intuitive for you, but I will leave this topic open for others to add additional feedback.
