Gradient from Color Styles can't be applied on a stroke

Hello Figma Community!

As stated in the title, I have this gradient saved in my Color Styles Library that doesn’t work when I apply it on a stroke

When I chose to edit, it will look like this:

Is this an error, or am I doing something wrong here?
