Are you using Figma on a browser or the desktop app? I'd recommend testing in another environment to check if the problem persists or not. If not, that might be a GPU issue while rendering these.

I checked the prototype on both browser and in figma desktop app same issues Im experiencing. then afterwards I have completely removed the transparent gradients and make both points 100% and its fixed now.
But this bug is of figma and Im sure about this.
