Giving edit access to a pro plan user says 'An admin needs to update this seat so they can edit'

I’m using Figma Professional plan. I tried to give edit access to another person who is also using a professional plan. But it says ‘An admin needs to update this seat so they can edit. How can I resolve it? We don’t belong to the same team.
