Hi, Whenever I make a frame Figma freezes and I have to quit and restart. This is becoming very problematic. Please help!

Is it happening on browser, desktop app or both?
If it only happens on desktop app, please try to clear out the cache by following these steps in this article.

If you have a firewall or VPN enabled could you test disabling these and check if the issue stops? Usually this happens because of network problem.
