I have a free Figma a/c, it says I can’t add a Variant (for a dropdown hover button) without a subscription? I added the variables for different buttons but am wondering now if there is anyway to make a dropdown menu with a colour hover using a free plan?

Also I cannot now find the way that I produced the Figma pop up that said I needed a plan?
