Frame vs rectangle

Can you please clarify what you intend to do?
If you would like to create a 32x32 frame, please follow these steps:

• Select the frame tool: * Use the keyboard shortcuts F or A
  or Select the frame tool in the toolbar :
  

  

• Then you can create a variety of frame sizes in the canvas. Here, to have 32x32, please adjust the size in the Properties Panel by updating the Frame’s Width and Height in the right sidebar. (Enter a new number in the W and H fields).
