My computer crashed and was completely formatted(everything happened so fast} and I've lost access to all my login information including the email address I used for my Figma account.

I have tried many things:

  • Checked all my  email accounts for Figma messages
  • Looked through other devices (none available)
  • Searched browser sync data and google activity (none found)

What I remember:

  • List of some of my  project names
  • month i logged in last

My question:  please has anyone dealt with this situation before? What's the best way to contact Figma support for account recovery when you don't know your email address?

I know I need to contact support directly, but wanted to check if anyone has tips on what to do to get the account back as i cant remember the full email and  information Figma typically needs for this type of recovery.

When you do, try to include any email addresses you might’ve used when creating your account, along with links to any files you remember being part of it — that info gives our team the best chance of tracking things down quickly. If they’re not able to locate the account with that info, they’ll follow up with next steps to keep things moving.
