Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Just to clarify, can you let me know which OS you’re currently using? Figma doesn’t support local fonts on ChromeOS or Linux devices. If you’re using a Chromebook or Linux, you’ll only be able to use Google fonts, as they’re the default ones in Figma.

If you’re using Figma in a browser, you’ll need a font installer. Have you checked out this guide yet?

Figma Learn - Help Center

And if you’re using another OS and have already gone through the steps in the article, you might want to look into this as well.

If the issue still continues, could you reach out directly to the support team with a copy of your file: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?

Please make sure you use the email associated with your Figma account, include links to the file in question, and share access with support-share@figma.com. Don’t worry, inviting us to view your file won’t impact your billing.

Thanks,
Toku
