Hi Figma-team,

there have been several tickets regarding custom fonts that cannot be displayed in Figma Sites. About a month ago, you mentioned that the team is working on this but couldn’t share a specific timeline yet.

Since some time has passed, I’d like to follow up and ask if there are any updates you can share. Perhaps a rough timeline or further details on when this feature might become available.

Thanks a lot in advance for your feedback.

Best,
Carla

Hi @Carla E, thanks for reaching out about this!

We actually launched custom fonts for Sites the same day you created this topic. (I’ve linked the release note from September 18th for your reference).

You can learn more about how to add custom fonts to your site here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/34306126052375-Add-a-custom-font-to-your-site

@djv  I have a related question in regards to adobe fonts becasue we can’t have a woff file. Adobe fonts gives a <link> and <style> code to add to the <head> of the website, where in figma sites would we be able to add these?

Hi @Alex VC, thanks for chiming in here!

You should be able to add these types of code snippets to your site settings:

  1. Open your Figma Sites file and go to your site's main settings.
  2. Navigate to the "Settings" tab in the left navigation bar.
  3. Locate the "Custom code" section within the website settings.
  4. Paste your code:
    • You can insert code snippets at the start or end of the <head> tag.
    • You can also insert code at the end of the <body> tag.
  5. Save your changes and publish your site for the code to take effect.
