Hi Xiaomi users! We’re aware of an issue that means you may not be able to sign in, we’re working on a long term fix, but in the meantime here is a workaround.

  1. Long press on the Figma App icon and select ‘App info’
  2. Select ‘Other permissions’ from the menu
  3. Ensure ‘Display pop-up windows while running in the background’ is set to ‘Always allow’
  4. You should now be able to successfully log in

There is no permission even in other permissions like
'Display pop-up windows while running in the background’

I am using Xiaomi pad 6

also i have this issue

27 October 2024. Still does not work. My device is Poco M6 Pro

I just downloaded mobile Figma today and the problem still persists.

i have a xiaomi 12, login does not work, it always returns to the login screen in the app
