Finding the Tools Menu

It’s an old Figma interface. You can find these tools in the right panel in the current UI version.

Thanks, I found the three dots but that doesn’t give me a top menu the YT user has. How do I get his set up like the menu across the top with Text etc and the 3 buttons I first asked about? Pls see red line in image:

That top menu was part of the old Figma interface and is not available for users anymore
