Hello everyone!

I filled out the educational subscription form on the Figma website incorrectly and can't resubmit it.I can't upgrade my plan in Figma—they're asking me to sign up for a professional subscription. I'm a student taking courses at an IT school. Perhaps you were in a hurry and didn't fill out the form carefully. If you've encountered this issue, I'd be happy to hear from you.

I filled out the educational subscription form on the Figma website incorrectly and can't resubmit it.I can't upgrade my plan in Figma—they're asking me to sign up for a professional subscription. Yeah, this happens more often than you’d think. If the form was submitted incorrectly, it can sometimes lock you out from reapplying or resubmitting right away — especially with the new verification system they introduced.

From what I’ve seen, the only real way forward is to contact support or the education team directly, because the verification is handled externally and can’t really be reset from your side.

I had a similar situation where I had to wait or reach out before being able to try again. Also make sure you’re logged into the correct account when applying — that can mess things up too.

I’ve noticed similar flows on platforms like phonexa, where once a form is submitted incorrectly, you often need support to reset things rather than just retrying yourself.

I have problem with educatiob plan i can’t get verefication my education plan. At the moment i’m student and study in online-courses. I study in Hillel IT school where taking a course Figma Pro + AI. i can’ t use Figma view now. I’m a student in online cousers/bootcamp not university.

I’ve filled out the same form a bunch of times and made mistakes every time.Anyway i don’t have a access continue to study.

Please delete, cancel or annul my fiiling out the form. I can’t nothing to do in Figma. I don’t have a SheerID. Just recommendation for switching to a professional plan. I’m not educator.

Just a heads up that I’ve merged your post into your original thread to keep everything in one place.

Thanks for sharing more details. I’d like to clarify what you meant here:

Just to make sure I understand — are you seeing a “verification limit exceeded” error and would like help resetting it? Or would you like your application to be cancelled?

If possible, could you share a screenshot or the exact error message you’re seeing? That will help us understand where you’re getting stuck. It would also be helpful to know which part of the form is causing issues.

Since you mentioned you’re a bootcamp/online course student, there’s actually no action needed from your side for verification.

The administrator of your bootcamp needs to verify your account on your behalf. They should have applied to join our list of trusted partners and verify students directly.

I’d recommend reaching out to your bootcamp to check if they can help with verification and whether they’re part of Figma’s trusted partner program.

I have already send about help my online school that they receive a request from Figma confirming that I am indeed a student yesterday. Maybe do you see request for education plan from Hillel IT School
