Hey @AnuragMalave  I'm sorry to hear that file has gone missing — that’s never a fun spot to be in. Let’s work together on getting you unblocked.

Here are a few things we can check:

  • Deleted folder — Head to Drafts > Deleted. If you see it there, just right-click to restore. Here’s a direct link to the Troubleshooting section of the Delete and restore files guide

  • Moved by a collaborator — If anyone else had access, they might've moved it to a team or project you can’t see. It’s worth checking in with them to see if it’s found a new home

  • Wrong account — Double-check to see if you’re signed into a different account. Switch accounts guide

  • Try the original link — If you have the URL, paste it into your browser while signed in. Can you add a screenshot of the warning or error you get?

Talk soon — Jaycee

Hello @Jaycee Lewis  I'm getting this warning when I click on the link.

Hi, @AnuragMalave! Stepping in for @Jaycee Lewis.

Thanks for the attachment (I did remove it since it had your email address in it, just so you are aware). That message is explaining the same scenarios that Jaycee was covering:

  1. It’s deleted, so you should check in Drafts > Deleted to restore it.
  2. It was moved by a collaborator to a team or project you don’t have access to. If you are working on this with anyone else, you may want to check with them.
  3. You have another account and are logged in with the wrong one.

I’m wondering if the last scenario is the cause since the warning showed you have at least two accounts. If you have any others, you may want to try logging in with each and trying the link to see if it works. Do you use a password manager on your computer? You might want to check in that to see what you have for figma.com.
