I just can’t develop anything with Figma Sites. It’s full of bugs!

Scroll animations don’t work, transitioning layouts from desktop to mobile doesn’t work, text style breakpoints don’t work either — it’s a complete mess.

Seriously: nothing works properly in Figma Sites, it’s unbelievable! Everything feels counterintuitive.

For example: I tried designing a simple website. Since Figma supposedly mirrors the layout to mobile automatically, I thought it would work great — but it was a failure. When I change an element on the desktop version, it doesn’t reflect on mobile (even though I didn’t touch the mobile version). The grid system doesn’t work as expected either — elements just fall off the mobile screen instead of repositioning properly. It’s a shame.

I also tried adding a scroll animation, but with no success: when I moved the X axis downward, the object went up — and vice versa. Sometimes it even disappeared from the desktop screen.

Believe it or not: even the preview doesn’t work. When I try to preview the desktop at 100% on a 1920px resolution, I can’t even see the full screen! It automatically switches to the tablet layout at 100%.

Seriously, test it yourselves — you’ll probably see the same issues. All in all, a huge disappointment.
