Hi, I’ve been trying to sort out account issues for about a week, I’ve logged tickets and followed up but no one wants to help me. Is there a different communication stream that I can follow? I needed my issue to be sorted before 10 October 2024…

I’ve noticed that there are two recent tickets on our backend. Rest assured, it seems that our specialist has already been handling your ticket as below:



  1. Title: “I need to change my annual accounts to monthly” > It appears that you have been in communication with our specialist, and the conversation seems to have concluded with our specialist mentioning the refund yesterday.

  2. Title: “RE: Receipt for subscription payment on Oct 13, 2024” > I have verified that our specialist replied to this a couple of days ago.


If you have a moment, please kindly review the emails regarding each of the tickets and respond accordingly.
