Last month, I opted for a one-month subscription to gain full access and explore variables within Figma. However, after the month ended, Figma attempted to charge my card $120 without notifying me. This charge occurred due to my addition of team members to a file to monitor progress, hence the $120 fee.
Despite cancelling my subscription, Figma persisted in trying to charge my card with $120. Fortunately, I didn’t have sufficient funds on that card. I’ve reached out to their support team three times, but unfortunately, they haven’t responded yet. It’s worth noting that live chat and phone support are not available either. It’s been over a week now, and Figma is still attempting to charge my card. (I can’t even update the billing information, or it is hard to find the section where I can change the card information or remove it from Figma (User Control & Freedom being ignored).
In my opinion, a company of Figma’s caliber should handle such issues more efficiently, without causing significant inconvenience to users.
