Figma subscription issue

@ksn Hello, I have using Figma Student for several months, or maybe a year, but currently it is gone, and my account is back to free plan. I didn’t get any email regarding this. So, I went to Figma Educational Plan webpage and I have got verified, it even says “You’re in”. But when I go back to Figma, my account is still on free plan. What should I do?

Hi @Ananda_Aikoo_Mutiara_K - sorry for any confusion. First, I want to clarify that subscriptions are on the team level, and not the account level.

When you say you’re back on the free plan, it sounds like the team you were working in is no longer upgraded to a Education plan. I don’t have the ability to evaluate and provide you more details on your specific instance, but our support team can help give you more insight.
