I’m writing to report an issue regarding my Figma subscription. I signed up for a one-month Figma Pro membership with the order number KUONM0YH-0001. Subsequently, I requested to cancel the subscription, but no refund was processed. I understand that this cancellation only applies to the auto-renewal, which means I should still have access to the membership benefits for the current month. However, I currently do not have any Pro features available. Please look into this matter and resolve it for me at your earliest convenience.
