FIgma Site hasn't been redirected to domain

HI, Apparently IT support looked at this issue and DNS has been set up, see email below. what could it be? 
“I’ve looked into this for you and can confirm that the DNS records you provided have been added correctly.

It looks like Figma uses Cloudflare CDN on sites.figma.net, so there may be some routing issues occurring on their end.

I’d recommend reaching out to Figma’s support team to check if they’re aware of any current issues or if there are any additional DNS records that need to be added.
