Question

Figma shared file keep loading on browser

Hi, I have a Figma file and want to show the prototyping work.
When it opens on the browser, it keeps loading and never shows.
What I can do to fix it?
I set can view everyone with the link.

Hi @Kate_Yu do you know if this is a large prototype or has a ton of images by chance?

Thank you for bringing up this possibility.
I just reduce the size of the image. It shows on the browser now.
Thank you very much.

Hey sooraj,
If you are working with large Files in Figma, then you may run into some issues with memory. There is currently an active memory limit of 2GB for each tab in a browser.
For the SVG file, I’d recommend to compress high-resolution images and import complex SVGs in smaller parts.

Also, in the case of large files, we recommend splitting up that file into smaller files. This can be done by copying and pasting the content of individual pages into a new Figma File. You can find some tips in our article to reduce memory usage in files: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040528173 Hope this helps!
