- Your Figma account email
- Steps you have already taken for troubleshooting
- Recording of the issue showing the full Figma screen with the left and right-hand panels
- Specify if the issue occurs in all Figma products (Figma Design, FigJam, Figma Slides) or a specific product
- A screenshot of your display settings for both your external monitors and built-in display
